Holiday home lettings don’t come more luxurious than those with Latitude50, who came to us requesting a film to encourage homeowners to let their properties with the agency – whilst falling in line with the existing material on their impressive website. Focusing on flexible, personal service, there was undoubtedly a lot of information to get across in the film, but we revelled in the challenge of creatively selling Latitude50’s service.
Brainstorming with Latitude’s team allowed us to establish the quirky, engaging, humorous yet informative tone they were searching for. After storyboarding a script that best captured the brief, we set out to shoot both the stunning properties and their extraordinary locations. The aim was to showcase the breadth and quality of services offered by Latitude, whilst also showing the ease of the process for property owners.
This brief allowed the film team to flex their creative muscles, using a variety of techniques to capture the chic interiors and picturesque landscapes; from pulling out green screens to recording time lapses. Director Sam even stepped around the other side of the camera for a cheeky cameo by a gorgeous outdoor pool.
What happened next?
The initial cut was proudly used on the Latitude50 website as part of a campaign to attract new property owners to the company. We also created a social media-friendly version which we used in a successful remarketing campaign, targeting people who had been onto owner-specific pages of the website, as well as being used for web banners and digital marketing. The team at Latitude said that the film and digital campaigns brought in more than owners than they previously had on their books – result!
