Full service with Idenna means the best of all worlds. We call these SLAs (Service Level Agreement). Here’s a rough idea of how it works; after an initial meeting and conversations around your defining characteristics like your brand identity, audience breakdowns and business goals, we’ll collaboratively decide on the best creative treatment for either a particular scheme of work or the business as a whole. Then, we’ll dig down to the core of what’s needed in order to hit those business objectives, which can be a mix of any service we offer – social media strategies, film content, styled photoshoots, web-builds, SEO work, regular newsletters, graphic design, creative thinking or anything in between – whatever it takes to get #YourStoryOutThere, basically.

Throughout the course of the SLA, these processes are constantly reviewed and evaluated to check that they’re always on point, connecting with your customers in the right way about the things that matter the most.
