What format are the photos in? All idenna photos are in JPG format.
Who are the photographers? Tim and Mary Neale
Do you add photos on a regular basis? Yes. We usually add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted. We've found the right gallery but can't find the photos we want. We don't upload every shot from events - contact us if you can't find what you're looking for. Why can't we buy the photographs that you've taken for the Cornish Guardian? We have an agreement with Cornwall and Devon Media that they have the resale rights for our photographs published in the Cornish Guardian.
Do you offer refunds? Yes but only with prints - if you are not completely satisfied with your print simply return it for a full refund - no quibbles. But with digital files once your purchase is made we cannot offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.
Are there any restrictions on my use of idenna photos that I download? Yes. Photos purchased and downloaded from idenna are licensed for unrestricted personal (non-commercial) use only. Please contact us regarding commercial use - redistribution of our photos or use within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.
Can I submit photos to sell? The
only photos that we sell are the ones taken by idenna In the
future we may re-consider this. Contact us if you would like to sell
your photos through our site.
