We provide Lusty Glaze Beach with a range of services including copywriting, social media, creative consultancy, film and photography. When we began working with Lusty Glaze, they had a fairly established social media presence and a vast email marketing database but it was more informative than transformative; quite simply, we needed to boost engagement and make the numbers work harder.
We knew we needed to focus on speaking to individual audience groups, so we started with their social media, switching the focus to creating original and shareable content and implementing campaigns that rewarded followers for their loyalty. We updated the email newsletter’s visuals to make it fresher, more consistent and more in keeping with a beach that’s so beautiful it’s been voted the best in the UK, and refined subscriber lists.
What happened next?
With a rapidly growing social media following, we have been able to talk to the right people, bringing together stories about the events that matter to them and pique their interest in the ones they didn’t know mattered to them.
